OK, we did not win, BUT we are so thrilled to have placed 3rd!! You guys came through, and that means so much to us! (We're even listed under "winners" on the Sketchies page). The 1st and 2nd finishers were much more "famous" on Youtube going into this (deservingly so), thus we really couldn't ask for more...a HUGE congrats to Waverly Films! As for WH's future, well...we ARE going to find a way!! We've got so much positive momentum, we feel this is just the beginning for us. Your wonderful e-mails and comments have kept us going and will continue to do so. We promise new content REALLY soon and we're "nerding it out" this weekend to get it done! P.S. Hmmm...getting back to the funds issue:) Lots of you have requested T-Shirts...does anyone have any suggestions for vendors? We want them to be really comfy-soft, awesome, and affordable.

I've become a fan just yesterday (I saw you through the competition) and have since then watched all your videos...AMAZING.
I can't believe the talent that you girls have..SO GOOD!
But ..what do you three do for a living or are these videos sustaining your LA life?

In the realm of YouTube contests, fame and popularity rules. Though it isn't abundant now, both will be raining upon you girls in no time! This *is* just the beginning for you guys! Meanwhile, a job well done, and congrats for placing third!

Funding wise, now that you're a LLC, couldn't you garner some investment via stock? How about sponsorship?
P.S. The defacto vendor of choice - for most YouTubers wanting to sell stuff online - is CafePress (http://www.cafepress.com/). It's easy, it's familiar, though pricing resonability is questionable.

Oh girls...you deserved to win the whole thing by a landslide! But for having only a few hundred subscribers, you're right: third is very admirable finish.
As for shirt vendors..I've dealt with numerous companies, but so far the best I have found is called Spreadshirt (spreadshirt.com). They offer shirts by American Apparel (some of the most comfortable on the market), Hanes, and also have an established line of organic shirts. Users can also decide which inks to use on the shirts (ranging from traditional to glow-in-the-dark to glittery). Their prices seem to be reasonable, and one of the site's best features is that they let the user set the price of their product. Also, and probably most importantly for WH, you maintain all legal rights to your design(s).

How about Cafepress.com or zazzle.com for a free shirt and other stuff such as stickers or cups shop! The stores only take some of their own royalty and you get most of it! ^-^
