HANDBOOK 2010
Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants..
3. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy .
4. Read more books than you did in 2009 .
5. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day
6. Sleep for 7 hours.
7. Take a 10-30 minutes' walk daily. And while you walk, smile.
Personality:
8. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
9. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive
present moment.
10. Don't overdo. Keep your limits.
11. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
12. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
13. Dream more while you are awake
14. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need..
15. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with His/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin
your present happiness.
16. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
17. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
18. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
19. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum
that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime...
20. Smile and laugh more.
21. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree...
Society:
22. Call your family often.
23. Each day give something good to others.
24. Forgive everyone for everything..
25. Spend time w/ people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.
26. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
27. What other people think of you is none of your business.
28. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.
Life:
29. Do the right thing!
30. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
31. However good or bad a situation is, it will change..
32. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
33. The best is yet to come..

With #3, I think I feel too much empathy for you girls and need to follow #10 and stop overdoing and relaize my boundaries with you girls. Uuugggghhh, I always overdo with comments and messages when it comes to ppl I wish I was friends with IRL.
After watching your Fashion Show video I keep laughing at the end of that video when you girls are talking about getting a man with the shirts and how you have a 50% better chance of already owning a shirt in order to get a man and I'm laughing so hard along with you girls. I then started thinking how great it would be to be friends with you girls as you sense of humor is exactly like mine and wish I had someone IRL that could make me laugh like you girls do. Then I start to realize my 5 year old son would drive you girls bananas.
Ahh well, It's a nice thought and I like to hang onto it cuz it makes me feel good thinking that we could be great friends IRL and that's where #13, Dream more while you are awake, comes in. It's my dream and I'm hanging onto it cuz it makes me laugh that we could just make each other laugh like that. That kind of humor is just the kind of humor I use everyday with my son. It's the kind of quirky humor I have and use everyday with my son and he makes me laugh and he tells me how funny I am and I love the thought of all us laughing and telling jokes together.
